Robert has spent over 30 years in restaurants starting as a busser then working every position in the front and back of the house. He worked his way up to General Manager, Area Director and then VP of Marketing in major restaurant brands like Jamba Juice, Tony Roma’s, Friendly’s, and TooJay’s.
